These guys really helped my family out. They discovered a cracked engine block issue which required an engine replacement. Not only did they do a great repair in a reasonable time, they worked with my family to source a cost effective engine and provide tailored service to meet our budget. This is probably the best experience I have ever had with a shop ever! They took into consideration my situation and did not hesitate to help in a timely matter. My car wouldnt start we tried everything ourselves i literally had no hope it ended up being a frayed wire which i would have never found myself. I was recommended by a friend and I would not hesitate going back to this location above all others. I will be recommending them to anyone that needs work done honestly . I’ve been going to Family Auto Care for all my oil changes over the past year. They always do a great job- the customer service is excellent. I love their customer support software! It’s so easy to schedule a new service since my vehicles are saved under my phone number. I especially love that with each oil change they do a full vehicle inspection, and save any additional recommended services to your profile as well. That way the next time I schedule an oil change it asks if I would also like to schedule the services that they recommended at my last appointment. The staff is always pleasant to work with & I love supporting a local business!
